The ability to manage golf course improvement projects is an important role of the superintendent. The golf course is an ever-changing environment and requires constant review and adjustment to maintain proper conditions.

I have had the opportunity to be associated with several renovations, and many smaller in-house projects as well. My wide range of experience in course construction gives me the confidence required to lead a club through any project they wish to complete successfully.

While at Oakland Hills, the club was undergoing a major renovation with architects Rees Jones and Arthur Hills on many areas of the property. Meetings with the architects, land surveyors, membership, wetland consultants, arborists and construction shapers were part of my duties while at Oakland Hills and gave me superb confidence in leading any project through. I am extremely confident I can lead any club in the future after such demanding and rewarding experience at Oakland Hills.

Below are many images of actual project work I have overseen.
